Loving everything about this one, an incredible voice that lies perfectly over this raspy soul music. Give it a listen…
What an amazing sound these two have created… that’s Elliot and Natalie Bergman of Wild Belle whom I was referring to. You can hear quite the combination of genres mixed together in this one song. Seems like they’d be great to see live, and I can only imagine that everyone’s off their seats, dancing away… Keep an eye open for more good music from Wild Belle, since they just signed a 3-album contract with Columbia Records. “Simply breathtaking”, was my immediate response after first hearing then seeing the amazing Ava Leigh. Her voice is genuine, sweet, and full of soul. She’s also extremely gorgeous, so you can see how this combination could be deadly. It seems like she was doing mostly reggae before, but from the looks of this behind the scenes video, she has steered more towards the R&B/Soul/Jazz mode. Take a look and listen to this British gem to see what I’m talking about here… again, trust me, you won’t be sorry…

I Don’t typically start the day with this slow kind of music, but couldn’t get over how mellow it is. Like I said, this is one for the end of the day, so if you’re already relaxed, then give this a wait, until you finish up all your TPS Reports. Check out Halls with “White Chalk” below… only if you’ve had your second cup of coffee though. His album Ark, will be out in the fall, 10/15.

David Byrne and St. Vincent are damn funky on these two songs, “Who” & “Weekend In The Dust”. Both are on their upcoming project, Love This Giant, available 9/11. For now, to hear this soulful, funk infused, horn blasting, poppy type music CLICK HERE.
