Train stops by Rolling Stone for a private show

Train has always been such a feel-good band and it seems as they’ll continue this trend album after album. The three members stopped by Rolling Stone studios earlier this week, to give a preview of their new upcoming album, California 37, as well as provide their fans excitement as they jam some of their older ones too. I listened and watched all of the songs they did the other day and really dig the new stuff, “Drive-By” and “This’ll Be My Year”. “This’ll Be My Year” could be Train’s “We Didn’t Start The Fire”, but the 90’s/2000 version. You’ll understand what I mean if you check it out…
Watch their performance at Rolling Stone Studios HERE.

Beats Antique added to night 3 of Coachella

Night 3 of Coachella is turning out to be a great line up. The amazing talents of Beats Antique will now be heard and seen. Also to include the Snoop and Dre reunion.

Hard beats, no lyrics

I’m always on the search for new beats. I stumbled upon the band Beats Antique in late 2009 after exchanging music with my younger brother, DJ RedHeaded Alien (@RedHeaded_Alien). After spending 2 years in the middle east, I realized this was a sound like nothing I had ever heard before. Beats Antique combines different flavors from around the world to produce a unique harmonic tone that you can’t help but nod your head to. Oriental Uno (feat. Fanfara Kalashnikov), is by far my favorite track by these ridiculously talented musicians. I promise, you won’t be disappointed.
